Also, include a check for $29.00 made payable to Bev Yokoyama Trust Account and a copy of the judgment. The $29.00 is an advance fee and will be used for costs associated wit h the garnishment. Depending upon your case, an additional advance fee may be required. The fee for the garnishment is $325 plus out of pocket expenses. The fee will be taken out of the garnishment proceeds. If the garnishment action brings in less than the amount required to cover the garnishment fee and costs, you will be billed for the difference.
